Commercial Real Estate: Our real estate practice includes representing clients in commercial real property transactions and development projects. We represent numerous real estate developers in our area and routinely negotiate, draft, and interpret various documents associated with the acquisition, development, leasing, and sale of commercial properties.

Estate Administration: We work with personal representatives and fiduciaries in probate, estate and trust administration. We help guide executors, administrators, trustees and guardians through the entire estate administration and settlement process. This guidance includes assisting our clients by

Municipal Law: We represent the Town of Weldon and Roanoke Rapids Housing Authority and advise both on a variety of legal matters concerning these local government entities. We also represent clients before other local governmental bodies on matters including annexation, subdivision issues, permitting, zoning and ad valorem tax matters.

Residential Real Estate: We represent buyers, sellers, developers and lenders with various legal issues involving residential real estate. We have an experienced group of attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants who work with our clients to make each transaction as efficient as possible. We provide individual title examinations, prepare and supervise closings, and disburse funds for both purchases and refinances. Zoning, Planning & Land Use: We assist individual and business clients with issues that arise through zoning and land use, including compliance with zoning ordinances and matters pertaining to permitting and subdivision issues. We work closely with city and county planning departments and their attorneys to identify and resolve the issues that need to be addressed.
